Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Litigation Attorney specializing in Construction, Property, and Contract Disputes in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cases from negotiation to motions practice to trial. We have a good and supportive team. Knowledge of these areas of law are not required, but ability to handle litigation is a strong preference.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in Georgia and in good standing
- Proven experience in handling litigation cases
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience handling property or construction law is a plus
